From their website: Boise Cascade, LLC, was formed in 2004 when Madison Dearborn Partners purchased the paper and wood products manufacturing and building materials distribution businesses from Boise Cascade Corporation, now known as OfficeMax.

Boise manufactures engineered wood products, plywood, lumber, and particleboard and distributes a broad line of building materials. The company also manufactures specialty and premium paper products, printing and converting papers, containerboard and corrugated boxes, newsprint, and market pulp.
